For customers who have received a Pin Mailer in our outlets, please select "Internet Banking Activation Code" as Identity Verification Method. Customers may also choose ATM Card Number/Credit Card Number*/Telephone Banking Services Login Account for identity verification, and enter the required information as per the instructions stated on the webpage.
*Personal Identification Number (PIN) for credit card is 6-digit in the PIN letter, if you have changed the PIN in ATM, please enter the new PIN. If you require re-issue of the PIN for credit card, you may call our Customer Services Hotline at 223 95559.
